We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior MEP BIM Engineer with at least 3+ year of experience in MEP BIM and atleast 1-2 years in HVAC, Ducting and Plumbing estimation for commercial, residential, hospital and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tender submissions using software like Quotesoft, Excel and Revit MEP

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –

• As a Senior MEP BIM Engineer, Prepare cost estimates and quotations for MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing) works from Customer inputs like REVIT MEP DD Sets, CD Sets.
• HVAC knowledge is Mandatory
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer for proper inputs and with team for estimation process.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimation Reports to the customer.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Work closely with project managers, Project Teams and customer teams to ensure estimates align with project execution plans.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• Independently communication with clients in written
