We are looking for HR Recruiter who manages the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. This role involves to meet staffing needs, ensures a
positive candidate experience, and maintains compliance with company policies.

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –

• As an HR Recruiter, you must have expertise in managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Excellent in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referencing, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.
• Good at Relationship Building with Employees.
• Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.
• Good Computer knowledge i.e. MS Office, Outlook, Linked-in, Indeed etc.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented.
