Telecaller (Outbound)

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which include –

• Make outbound calls to corporate prospects and existing leads from CRM.
• Introduce company services and generate interest among prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and project potential.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
• Update CRM with lead status and communication history.
• Achieve daily and monthly.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Experience in B2B outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Ability to confidently interact with decision-makers.
• Good listening and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Experience in Engineering Services, AEC Services, BIM Services, IT Services, or B2B sales.
• Appointment-setting experience with international clients.
