This job specifically involves working independently on MEP & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects

• Need to understand various aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework for heating & domestic water supplies, gases, and drainage systems and its various detailing requirements.
• To work with the team and deliver the MEP Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
• Developing and presenting feasibility studies for new projects.
• Working using standards across the world.
• Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
• Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Recap etc.
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• independently communication with clients in written and spoken English
• Offshore visit to clients’ offices, if required, for detailed training and one-to-one sessions

• BE Mech with Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the AEC/ MEP industry
• Experience of working on international codes such as ASHRAE is must
• Hand on Experience of having worked on AutoCAD & Revit Recap etc .
• Proven experience of having successfully managed client communication independently.
• Sound knowledge in Design Management and Design Delivery Quality Control.
• Must have a working understanding of Architecture & Structure, so as to interact with other disciplines and prepare design solutions.
