This job specifically involves working on Architectural & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects

• Need to understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements.
• To work with the team and deliver the Architectural Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
• Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
• Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad etc.
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• independently communication with clients in written and spoken English

• Arch with Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Architecture and Design industry.
• Hand on knowledge of having worked on AutoCAD & Revit.
• Experience on US projects is must
