requesting product support, please assist our staff by
indicating the software you are using (e.g. Solid works, CATIA
or ANSYS etc.).
It is best to be as detailed as
possible when describing the problems you are having for us to
diagnose them quickly. Information such as the platform that
the software is being run on, the version of software being
used and any error messages that you get is always useful. For
many problems it is also helpful if you can send us the input
file used for the analysis. |
