Client   : Leading MNC manufacturing Refrigerators.

Details : Customer had given 3d model of compressor plate. It was metallic sheet metal part. The existing metal plate has be replace by plastic. Existing design was replaced by plastic. Three different thicknesses were used to match the natural frequency of earlier metal plate.

Milestone was successful to reduce material cost and Sheet metal operation. This gives company overall 35% cost reduction.
