Details : Customer had given his valve unit. The main problems customer was facing that weight of his valve units was 20% more than his competitors. Customer also wants to increase opening angle of valve.
Milestone successfully reduced the weight of Valve body maintaining desired wall thickness specified for High pressure Class valves . Also design of Sleeve and spindle was altered to obtained wide opening angle. Weight was reduced by 25%.
