Details  : Customer had given physical sample. Point cloud data was generated from scanners. 3D Cad model was prepared by Reverse Engineering the part. Point cloud data from scanners was also used.

Customer want layout of multi-cavity mold with no. of cavities. Material to be used was Indothene. Milestone carried out Fill analysis with 2 and 8 components separately. Conditions were maintained in such as to get best results in both cases. Based upon results layout was prepared.
